So we have all these great Rock-n-Vote events everywhere, which is good, provided that these newly registered voters choose to become informed voters who know what the heck they are voting for, because there is nothing more terrible as seeing ignorant in action. But the NAACP went a step further and had what is now called Crack-n-Vote, where worker reward people who fraudulently filled out voter registration application with crack cocaine. Now, can you see why Bush does not want to associate with organization like NAACP? I am an American of Vietnamese descent and I think that the NAACP has strayed so far from their original mission that they have become nothing more than a Democratic party auxiliary. If Bush had not reached out to black, how did his support go from 9% to 18% in the last three years? The only group of black folks Kerry has been able to gain more support than Gore are the folks that have less than a highschool diploma and make less than $60,000 a year. Highschool is free (and some even get free lunch) in this country compare to many other countries, particularly Vietnam after 1975 when the commmunist overan South Vietnam, where you have to pay tuition all the way from first grade.
