We heard from Evans J.R. Revere, a senior foreign service officer with the State Department who is also a Cyrus Vance Fellow in Diplomatic Studies with the Council on Foreign Relations, at the luncheon hosted by the Japan-American Society of Dallas/Fort Worth.
