Vietnam is currently one of 8 countries being listed as a CPC, Country of Particular Concern, for Religious Freedom under the International Religious Freedom Act of 1998. I, as Dallas chapter chair, join with fellow members of the Vietnamese American Public Affairs Committee urging the State Department taking apppropriate measure per recommendations by the independent US Commission on International Religious Freedom to ensure Vietnam respects religious freedom.
