At the regular monthly Metrocrest Republican club meeting yesterday I learned that the run-off election for Carrollton city council has been moved to June 11th to coincide with the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD run-off election. Also, Brad Mink, city of Carrollton Economic Development director spoke to us about what he has been able to do to enhance the tax base for the city of Carrollton and the challenges we will face going forward.
