Judge Faith Johnson conducted the wedding ceremony for Addison mayor Joe Chow and his bride Chi Chi Lin tonight at the Intercontinental Crystal Ballroom. The ceremony was short and sweet, followed with the cocktail reception and then dinner right afterward. The floral setting at each table was very nicely done.
