City of Carrollton is having this Speakers' Bureau where the city government's employees will come and speak to groups about the city, its services, its vision for the next couple decades. I think it's great.

I am currently listening to an audio book, Edge of Honor by Gilbert Morris and though I have only been through a couple chapters, I already like it.

First was the loss to congressman Pete Sessions, today Martin Frost suffered his second loss in the race for the DNC chairmanship. The two remaining notable candidates are: former Vermont governor and presidential candidate Howard Dean and former Democratic Congressman Tim Roemer of Indiana 3rd congressional district. Tim Roemer is especially interesting because he is pro-life and has been endorsed by House minority leader Nancy Pelosi and Senate minority leader Harry Reid.
