Our family have arrived home safely from Los Angeles. We had fun checking out San Diego. We especially enjoyed the Vietnamese food there both in Orange county and San Diego. In San Diego, the Lord just let us ran upon a Vietnamese restaurant on Mira Mesa Blvd.

Finished the last membership class at Baruch HaShem today. Finished reading "Your people shall be my people" by Don Finto while on vacation and on plane on the flight back to Dallas. Almost finish with "Growing to maturity" by Daniel Juster. Need to start and finish "Our hands are stained with blood" by Michael Brown before the interview, which will be scheduled if I passed the final exam I took today. Then and only then will I become a member of Baruch HaShem.

I am going in for another appointment with my orthodontist, Dr. Ainsworth, tomorrow at 0700h. Don't know how bad it's going to be this time, since they will be performing the slenderization this time for the first time. I doubt if I will be able to eat dinner normally at the dinner and meeting of the Northern Dallas Pachyderm Club later in the day.

The idea is not new but it must actually save you money because it is featured on the Clark Howard website: http://www.cutouthunger.org.

How about watching your car while it's being repaired over the internet? It's reported that it is becoming more and more available from autoshop around the country: http://clarkhoward.com/shownotes/2004/06/21.html#autowatch.
