We announced to the public today on one of the three Vietnamese radio stations here in the Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex that the city of Garland has adopted the Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom Flag (three red stripes on a golden-yellow field) solution to represent the community of Americans of Vietnamese descent. Great recognition for the community and great work by Tom and Jennifer Nguyen.
