Thank God for the much needed rain in and around Dallas the last few days.

Listening to retired general Wesley Clark and the French ambassador to the UN, you would think that Clinton solved the North Korea problem in the late 1990s. So then why do we still have this problem on our hands? If Clinton did not, but only forestalled it, in the exact words of Mr. Clark, then all Clinton did was to pass on the problem to the next president. Not only that, the problem has grown much worse because time is not on our side. Did Clinton move forward with the missile defense system, I don't believe so.
