I can bench 130lbs (two 60 lbs barbell plus the bar) at home but I am conservative at Bally's so as not to embarrass myself, doing only 100lbs (two 45lbs plus the bar). I heard the goal is 150% of your weight. I have a long way to go toward that goal but I am working on it.

Attending the Institute in Basic Life Principles seminar Wednesday night through Friday night and a whole day on Saturday this week at the Plano Centre.
