Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much because they live in the grey twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat. --- Theodore Roosevelt

Ever wonder why Easter falls on a different date every year according to the Gregorian calendar but Christmas is always on December 25th? We do not know the date of Messiah's birth but I am pretty sure if we did, it would have been according to Jewish calendar, which tracks the moon and not the sun. So, I celebrate with all my might the fact that "the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth." John 1:14. But I can no longer stay true to historical evidence and assert that Christ was born on December 25th.
