We heard from Japan ambassador to the US Ryozo Kato at lunch today. I didn't realize that Japan is the second largest foreign investor in the US, after the UK. I would have guessed that Japan would be the largest. Japan is also the third largest creator of jobs in the US behind the UK and Germany.
