Posted my question in our Richardson Nortel General newsgroup and found my answer to the problem I have with Nortel VPN client. It's the Norton Antivirus Internet Worm protection that is the culprit, blocking incoming VPN connection, and not my Linksys WRT54G wireless router. I disabled that and everything worked like a charm.
