Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure, than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much because they live in the grey twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat. --- Theodore Roosevelt

The luncheon honoring State Representative Linda Harper-Brown at the Las Colinas Country Club was originally scheduled at 11:30 but it was moved to 12:30. When they began serving the food at 12:50, I was starving so the fajitas tasted really good. I had an appointment with my orthodontist, Dr. Joseph Ainsworth, at 13:30 so I didn't get to stay and listen to the keynote speaker, senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.
