Yesterday was first day back in the gym after a little over a week and I found that I have gained somewhere between 7 to 8 pounds, quite a vacation!

Check out this somewhat encouraging report which stated that the number of abortions is declining, 242 for every 1,000 pregnancies that did not end in miscarriage in 2002 compare to 280 in 1990.

Check out this website the religion of peace .com, which documented the casulties since 9/11 by extreme Islamic terrorists. I wish the Council on American-Islamic Relations have come out stronger and more decisive with everyway they can in their power to counter the messages of these extremists calling for violence among Islamic believers.

Once again president Bush has proven that he is a man of his word by nominating a strict constructionist judge John Roberts of the DC Circuit Court of Appeals for the US Supreme Court. Despite what many extreme rights people have said about Bush, he's principled and smart. He's there to do the job, being the president for all Americans, doing everything absolutely necessary and not one tiny little thing more to accomplish what he promised when he campaigned, and not to make enemy. He's as prolife as you get but to the best of my knowledge George W. Bush has only made one personal appearance at the 30th annual March for Life in January of 2003 at the national mall. Every other year, he either sent people or addressed the crowd through phone or satellite. In addition, I just love him for being loyal to his friends. Loyal and honest are the two character traits that I value the most and I have found that in this 43rd president of the United States of America.
