If you believe in technical analysis like me, but don't care about dividend as much as I do, this Vympel Communicatii (VIP) looks like the stock to buy, even though JP Morgan downgraded it from Overweight to Neutral. For me, I want something that has decent dividend in case I have to hold on to it. I focus a lot on the REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) these days. One of them in particular is Amerivest Properties Inc (AMV).
