As Vietnamese American Public Affairs Committee - Dallas Chapter vice chairman, I received from mayor Mark Stokes of Carrollton a proclamation recognizing the Vietnamese Heritage and Freedom Flag on behalf of the Americans of Vietnamese descent who live and work in the city of Carrollton today at their regular 7:00 pm council meeting at city hall.
